1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of FAKE Hair Extensions ("FAKE", "we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services
FAKE provides professional hair extension services including keratin bond and micro ring extensions, colour matching, and related hair services at our salon located in Bedale, North Yorkshire.
3. Booking and Appointments
3.1 Booking Requirements
- All appointments must be booked in advance
- A consultation is required before first-time services
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
3.2 Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
- Deposit amount is £50 and secures the purchase of your hair extensions
- Deposits are deducted from your final service cost
3.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations forfeit the full deposit if hair extensions have been purchased
- No-shows forfeit the full deposit
- We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation
- Payment is due in full on the day of service
- We accept cash, card payments, and payment plans through Klarna
- Additional charges may apply for extra hair or complex colour matching
5. Service Expectations
5.1 Client Responsibilities
- Arrive on time for your appointment
- Come with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed
- Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided
- Attend scheduled maintenance appointments
5.2 Our Responsibilities
- Provide professional, high-quality hair extension services
- Use premium Eastern European hair
- Maintain a clean, safe salon environment
- Provide detailed aftercare instructions
6. Maintenance and Aftercare
- Hair extensions require regular maintenance every 6-12 weeks
- Failure to attend maintenance appointments may void any guarantees
- Extensions must be removed professionally
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or attempted self-removal
7. Limitation of Liability
- Hair extension services carry inherent risks which will be explained during consultation
- Results may vary based on individual hair type and condition
- We are not liable for allergic reactions if you fail to disclose sensitivities
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- All clients require skin testing for colour services
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and techniques used by FAKE are our intellectual property. Clients consent to photography for portfolio purposes unless otherwise specified.
